Terms & Conditions
DayDay Golf is a brand of Bestour & Travel (M) Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). These terms apply to all bookings made through daydaygolf.com or via WhatsApp.
1. Booking & Deposit
- A deposit of MYR 1,000 per person confirms your booking request. Minimum group size: 4 golfers.
- We confirm your full itinerary (resort + tee times) typically within 24–48 hours of deposit payment.
- If we cannot confirm your itinerary within 3 working days, your deposit is refunded in full — no questions, no fees.
- The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure. Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Prices & What's Included
- All prices are per person in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), based on the room type and hotel selected. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only; payment is processed in MYR.
- Packages include accommodation, daily breakfast, and 18-hole rounds (green fee, caddie, shared buggy) as listed on each package page.
- Not included: flights, airport transfers (unless stated), visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, and weekend/holiday golf surcharges (see Section 4).
3. Cancellations & Changes by You
Counted from your departure date:

| 21 – 8 days | 50% of total package price |
| 7 days or less, or no-show | 100% of total package price |
- Changes: date changes, reductions in group size, and tee-time changes requested within 21 days of departure are treated as a cancellation of the affected portion. Earlier changes are accommodated where our suppliers allow, free of charge.
- Name changes: free up to 10 days before departure.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellation.
4. Weekend & Holiday Golf Surcharge
Rounds played on weekends, or on Vietnamese public holiday dates published on each package page, carry a surcharge of approximately USD 35 per round per golfer, payable directly at the golf course. This is collected by the course, not by us, and is never included in your package price.
5. Travel Documents & Passenger Details
- Full names (as per passport) and passport details for all golfers are required no later than 10 days before departure. Golf courses require passenger identification before tee-off; missing details may result in forfeited tee times.
- Each traveller is responsible for holding a passport valid for at least 6 months and meeting visa requirements.
6. Our Responsibility
- We act as an agent for the resorts and golf courses in your itinerary. Their conditions of service apply to your stay and play.
- Where a supplier cancels or materially changes a confirmed service, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a refund of the affected portion. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, course closures, flight disruption, force majeure).
7. General
- Payments are processed securely via BillPlz (FPX and credit card). Receipts are issued automatically by email.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
